Pharmacy Technician – Filling
As a Filling Technician you’ll be responsible for packaging medication orders per prescription label directions. You will positively impact the lives of others when you ensure products are accurately and neatly packaged. You’ll also assist in inventory control, including handling credits and restocking inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Count, seal and label prescription cards
- Pull drugs and match NDC to prescription labels
- Return inventory to proper place
- Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of each work station and the facility
- Properly and accurately fill each individual order
- Maintain efficiency and fast-paced customer service
- Maintain all quality assurances
- Assist in keeping adequate stocking levels
- Develop and maintain knowledge of RX computer system
- Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
- Criminal background check and/or drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring


Customer Service Technician – Data Entry
As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician you will be responsible for all aspects related to accurate entering of medication orders, ensuring that all third-party claims are billed properly, and providing customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities to ensure true personalized care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and problem resolution to customers
- Accurate data entry of patient profiles and medications
- Maintain accurate information for patients and facilities
- Appropriate and accurate billing and crediting
- Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
- Travel to customer facilities for meetings or drug exchanges, if assigned
- Assist in orienting and training new employees
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test

Educational Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field
Experience:
- 3-6 months experience as a pharmacy technician
- Preferred: Hospital, Long-term Care or Retail pharmacy experience
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Criminal background check and/or drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
